Conditions for returns

District offers you as customer the possibility to return your order within 14 days, starting the day you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original state, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and all tags must still be attached.

 

Follow the following steps to return your order:
 

  1. Use the return form that came with your order. List the number of items you wish to return and please indicate your reason for returning the listed items.

  2. Did you receive a damaged product? Please contact our customer service before returning your order: [email protected].

  3. Please add your filled in return form to your return order and return your package by dropping it of at your local drop-off point. Use the address mentioned above.

    Warning: please hold on to your shipping receipt until District has fully processed your return.

  4. We will directly let you know once we have received your return. All approved returns will be refunded as soon as possible. Please consider that it may take up to 10 business days before you receive your refund. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
